Welcome to the Boise Department of Arts and History Blog. This will be home to A&H news and event listings as well as community opinion. This blog will offer an open call for papers, reviews, announcements, research, historic photographs, newly completed artworks and all other art and history matter. In addition to the “open call”, this blog will also offer “Art + Commerce” a online forum intended to connect artists with business owners.

It is our overall goal with this new blog, to encourage creativity, engage the Boise community at large and connect artists and historians with meaningful opportunities.
