Arts & History Executive Assistant

The City of Boise is seeking a full-time professional to provide executive-level support to the department director and managers. Acting as the first point of contact and liaison for the Department of Arts & History, the Arts & History Executive Assistant will anticipate ongoing and future needs, proactively provide information and solutions regarding department budget and business operations, cultivate, foster, and maintain positive working relationships to further goals and objectives, and be required to exercise considerable independent judgment, initiative, decision-making skills, and meticulous follow-through while under general supervision.

The Arts & History Executive Assistant supports Boise Arts & History’s work to reinforce a sense of place, celebrate our community’s character, ensure exceptional arts, history, and cultural programming, and foster placemaking with community context.
