This life-sized sculpture includes Julia Davis and a young pioneer girl. Julia is offering an apple to a weary youngster who represents the Oregon Trail travelers who stopped to rest beside the Julia Davis orchards before continuing West. Julia Davis was known for her kindness and generosity towards those passing through.
