This floor design, created from recycled rubber tire material, metaphorically traces the course of the Boise River as it flows from Lucky Peak Reservoir, cutting through the surrounding landscape. The organic patterns of blues, greens, yellows, and browns evoke the natural flow and convergence of rivers and watersheds. Inspired by aerial views of the landscape, this piece reflects how water shapes and intersects with the environment, sustaining all forms of life. Through this visual representation, the design emphasizes the interconnectedness of water, land, and life.
