Toby Davis chose the corner of Fanci Freeze at 14th & State for the inspiration of this traffic box. Davis loved the color of the building, the neon sign, and the red umbrellas. Additionally, it seems to be the big gathering place in that part of town. An important icon of the neighborhood.
