Located in Julia Davis Park, this kinetic sculpture consists of five independently flying kites above the entrance to the Bloch Plaza. Animated by the gentlest breeze, the kites move effortlessly, and by virtue of their height, invite visitors from a distance to come and experience the plaza firsthand.
