Idaho Shakespeare Festival is dedicated to making the magic of live theater accessible. As part of our summer Access Program one performance of each play is interpreted into American Sign Language, Line Audio Description, and Real Time Captioned (as possible). Over the river and through the woods to the Festival you go to delight in this fractured fairy tale. Stephen Sondheim’s award-winning music and lyrics will transport you to a land where there is a giant in the sky, a wolf in the woods, a curse reversed, and a wish in everyone’s heart. This magical tapestry of woven fables amuses and enlightens as desires, quests, and consequences combine to remind you to be careful what you wish.
